GE Security Pro Identi Mark contains a traceable Chip Code. The Chip Code in each bottle is a series of small, two-colored chips, about the size of finely ground pepper. Each container of Identi Mark is individually manufactured and has its own 'fingerprint' or 'DNA' code that can easily be read using common magnification devices. No two containers of Identi Mark are the same.
GE Security Pro Identi Mark chips are suspended in a clear marker liquid that is much like clear fingernail polish and will stick aggressively to surfaces such as glass, metals, plastics, and paint. Because it is clear, the marks will not deface property, and marks can be hidden in numerous places on any given item. Simply mark your valuables and mail in the registration card, which is coded with the same bar code as that of your individual bottle of GE Security Pro Identi Mark.
To help law enforcement officials quickly locate property, GE Security Pro Identi Mark includes a UV dye which glows brightly under a black light and identifies the owner.
